All Rates

All Rates gives you a complete overview of all your rates in one place.

This is your starting point: from here, you can drill down into tables for deeper exploration, open individual rate details, or make adjustments directly.

Filtering & editing

Filter any column to quickly narrow down what’s most relevant to you – for example, cross-examine by lane ID, contract number, carrier, origin, or destination. This makes it easy to isolate specific contracts, or compare rates across carriers, or focus on a single region.

The table is also fully configurable. By clicking the ‘Edit table’ button, you can configure the All Rates table to display the fields most relevant to you, and it will remember your preferences for the next session.

For example, if you’re in Finance and only want to view surcharges, the table will retain that view automatically.

You also have the option to export to a .xlsx if needed.

Adjusting rates

Eliminate the time-consuming process of manual spreadsheet updates by using the rate adjustment tool.

Simply select the rate you wish to adjust and click the ‘$ Adjust’ button.

You can update (increase, decrease, add, or remove) charges by either a fixed amount (e.g. $150) or a percentage (e.g. BAF increased of 8%).

This tool also supports local currencies, giving you flexibility and transparency when managing charges.

For example, if your Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) increases by 8%, you can apply this change across all the relevant charges in just a few clicks. This avoids complex formulas, reduces the risk of errors, and ensures updates are reflected immediately.
