All Rates

All Rates gives you a complete overview of all your rates in one place.

This is your starting point: from here, you can drill down into tables for deeper exploration, open individual rate details, or make adjustments directly.

Only columns that were completed in your uploaded rate sheet are visible. Empty columns are automatically hidden to keep the interface clean and relevant to your specific data.

Quick-access filters

Five filter options are displayed above the rate table to help you quickly find relevant rates:

Port of loading — filter by origin port or region
Port of discharge — filter by destination port or region
Container type — filter by container type (e.g. 20DC, 40HC)
Contract status — filter by Pending, Valid, Expiring, or Expired
Charges expiry status — filter by charge types that are expiring or have expired (e.g. BAF, PSS)

All filters support multi-select and work alongside the column header filters. Applying a quick-access filter automatically applies the same filter to the corresponding column header, and vice versa. You can also click any column header to filter or sort within that column, helping you isolate rates.

Important to know: the filters use non-dynamic filtering, which means the filters work independently - options don't change based on other filters.

Column selection

Quick column presets are available above the table to switch between different views:

My columns — shows the columns you've selected under the Columns menu
Charges — shows charge-related columns
Contract and cargo — shows contract and cargo-related columns
Service — shows service-related columns
All columns — shows every available column

For more control, click the Columns button to choose exactly which columns to display. Your selection is saved automatically for your next session.

Adjusting rates

Eliminate time-consuming manual spreadsheet updates with the Rate Adjustment tool.

Simply select the rate you wish to adjust and click ‘$ Adjust’.

This tool also supports local currencies, giving you flexibility and transparency when managing charges.

You can then update charges - increase, decrease, add, or remove - by either a fixed amount (e.g. $150) or a percentage (e.g. 8% BAF increase) in just a few clicks.

This avoids complex formulas, reduces the risk of errors, and ensures updates are reflected immediately.
