A flat rate in Xeneta's air platform is your rate uploaded to our Air platform that is not tied to any specific weight range.

Since flat rates are not associated with any specific weight, they will have the N/A label in the weight column when you access them in Price benchmarks.

Despite not having a specific weight category, we still assign the relevant service levels to your flat rates so we can compare them to the market.

When calculating the difference between your flat rate and a specific market segment, you can compare them against any weight category above 45+ kg.
