Contracts

Contracts is one of the market metric filters available in Xeneta's air platform that lets you select rates from either all available long-term contracts, or only those that are associated with more recently signed contracts.

When you're viewing market data in Xeneta, the rates on any trade lane for a single day may come from a combination of contracts signed anywhere from a day ago to several months ago.

If you find that the air market rates you see in Xeneta do not reflect the current state of the market, try using the options available under Contracts to filter the rates based on the age of their associated contracts:

• All contracts — displays rates from all contracts that are valid for any given date
• Contracted in last 3 months — displays only rates from valid contracts that began no more than three months ago
