How to upload rates

Uploading your rates to Xeneta allows you to take full advantage of the analytics offered by the platform and benchmark your performance against the rest of the market.

Before your uploaded rates become available in Xeneta, our rate management team needs to process and analyze the data, and then bring it in line with our internal quality standards.

To ensure that your uploaded rate files are processed as quickly as possible, make sure that they include the following information:

How to upload rate files

To upload your rate files to Xeneta, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Upload rates button in the top right corner of the navigation panel
  2. Click on the Choose files button, and then select the files that you want to upload
  3. Provide comments or any additional information regarding your rate files using the Description field
  4. Click the Upload button to upload your files

You can only upload up to 10 files at a time, preferably in the XLSX (Excel) or ODS (OpenOffice) format.

Once your rate files are uploaded, our rate management team will begin processing them.

You can review the full list of your uploaded rate files in the Rate upload history section of your Xeneta account settings.
