Data policy

To comply with fair competition laws and regulations, all air freight market data provided in Air Advanced is historic, aggregated, and completely anonymized.

Data rules

Before we make the data in Air Advanced available to our users, we make sure that:

• There are at least four airlines competing on a specific market or route, and no single airline's market share exceeds 60%
• Alternatively, if there are five or more competing airlines, no single airline's market share exceeds 80%
• The lowest level of detail for the route and rate analyses is Airport (Level 1) – Subregion (Level 3)

When we calculate the number of active airlines, we also take into account joint ventures and airline holdings.
