Change your password
There are two ways you can change or reset the password for your Xeneta account — from the login page or from the User account page.
Reset password on login page
If you happen to forget your password, you can always reset it directly on the login page:
- Click on the Don't remember your password? link
- Enter your Xeneta account email and click Send email

- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
Change password on User account page
If you're already logged in to Xeneta and want to change your password to a more secure one — you can do that from the User account page:
- Go to the Password and security section of the User account page
- Click Change password

- Follow the instructions in the email to change your password
Password strength requirements
To further increase the security of your Xeneta account, your password must meet our strength requirements:
- At least 10 characters
- At least 1 lowercase character
- At least 1 uppercase character
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)
- No more than 2 identical characters in a row
