Tender Benchmark Template

Using our template is the best way to make sure that you get your Tender Benchmark report quickly and without any errors.

If you need help navigating the benchmark data you receive in the report, be sure to see Understanding Tender Benchmark Report.

All you need to do is provide the basic data necessary for us to generate the report in a clear and consistent format.

How to Work with the Template

  1. Download our preformatted Excel template from the Tender Benchmark page. The template already has the necessary headers, drop-downs for allowed values and data validations.
  2. Fill out the template using the information in the table below for reference. You only need to add a single port pair in the Origin and Destination fields for the report to work. If you leave any optional fields blank, the system will use the default values (see the table below for more information).

Note that you are not required to use our template. You can import your bid sheet directly, but in that case you may have to match the relevant data manually during the import process.

Template Description

Refer to the table below for a description of each field in the template, including permitted values and value format, information on which fields are required, and any specific rules to look out for when filling it out.

Note that there is no limit to the number of requested port pairs. If you need to use different criteria for the same port pair, simply add that port pair again in a separate row.
